Guest Experience Manager
As a Guest Experience Manager, you are the face of HIDDEN at our events. You make sure that a carefully planned event becomes a smooth and memorable experience.
You are the first point of contact for our clients and our Event Support Staff on site. With your service-oriented approach, organisational skills and clear leadership, you ensure that our events are delivered successfully and that our clients feel well looked after from start to finish.
Your responsibilities in detail:
- You manage a wide range of event formats for corporate and private clients
- You brief, coordinate and lead our event staff
- You handle challenges calmly and professionally
- You document events to ensure the best possible collaboration between the on-site event team and the planning teams behind the scenes
- You actively support the development of our event staff through effective leadership
